Fall 2013 Important Info for Parents Nov 29 2009 - Thank you for registering with Westlake Soccer for the fall 2013 soccer season. Below is a list of important dates and events to help every parent understand the process from registration through the end of the season. Changing your child’s information Once you have completed your child’s registration you can make changes to the information submitted by visiting sportspilot and entering your username & password (created during the registration process) Team Formation You will be notified of your child’s team placement by the volunteer coach after Aug 24th Please do not contact the WYSA office regarding this information as teams are not formed until this time. If you have not heard from a coach by Sept 1st please contact the WYSA office. Teams are formed based on the school, grade & gender of your child. WYSA's goal is to build at least one team in every age & gender at every school we serve (Barton Creek, Bridge Point, Cedar Creek, Forest Trail, Valley View, Eanes, Casis, St. Michael's, Trinity, St. Francis, St. Gabriel's, St. Stephen's, Oak Hill, Regents, St. Andrew's HCMS, WRMS, WHS & Many local area Pre-School's) Practices Practices for all recreational teams U7-U18 will begin the week of Sept 2nd.
